Description of the problem | In november 17, 2016 a recall campaign 15v-115 was issued. My durango was serviced by dealer due to this recall. Recently i took the vehicle to the triangle dealers in puerto rico, with the same issue. They wanted to change the fuel pump, because this was the diagnostic of the mechanic. I did not agreed with the diagnostic because i had already verified that when i moved the cables of the relay they installed, the vehicle turned on again. I picked up my durango at the dealer on the december 24, 2018. Now the durango has the same problem, it actually stalled will driving almost causing me to have an accident on the 25th. My complain is the the relay installed in these vehicles are not the solution. I've research other vehicles owner who have had the same problem occurring over time again, as i am right now. |
