Description of the problem	I was never sent a recall notice for my vehicle to start, my wife was driving the vehicle when it lost all power and the alternator caught fire. My vehicle is currently at pelligreno jeep in woodbury heights, nj. I have been in constant back and forth with fca the agency that is handling the recall they are refusing to give me a loaner and are pushing back on covering some of the repairs. This happened over 5 weeks ago and it is effecting our home and professional lives. I have been routinely lied too and hung up on, we are asking for assistance, my contact number is (xxxxx).
