Description of the problem | While driving on the freeway with my son, the electrical system shut down causing the vehicle to lose all power. Without touching the keys or anything, the vehicle seemed to "reboot" and started operating normal again as i pulled over. This seems to be the exact problem outlined by the multiple recalls issued by fca on the alternator (recall 17v435000 and recall 14v634000) however, they refuse to service my alternator or even check the part number of the alternator to confirm if it is an affected part!!! I do not have another car and live in constant fear that this issue is putting myself and my children in danger every day!!! |
