Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge durango. While driving approximately 30 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact coasted the vehicle over to the side of the road, waited a few minutes, and was able to resume driving. The failure recurred twice. The vehicle was taken to big m chrysler dealer (located on 1010 elizabeth st, nicholasville, ky 40356) where it was diagnosed, but a failure code could not be found. The vehicle was not repaired. In addition, when the contact attempted to start the vehicle, it failed to start. The contact called the manufacturer and was informed that the fuel pump relay was replaced per an unknown recall in august of 2015. The approximate failure mileage was 78,000. |
