Description of the problem | The alternator recently failed with symptoms identical to those described in dodge's p60 recall notice, i. E. All electrical power shut-off without warning while driving. Fortunately my son was able to safely pull over to the side of the road. Despite this failure which is very similar to that described in the p60 recall notice dodge says it is not covered. Dodge should expand the number of vehicles subject to this particular recall. This could have been a very serious event if it had happened while driving on a busy freeway. |
