Description of the problem | Vehicle was involved in a side impact that raised vehicle to approximately 30 degrees. Body shop said airbags should have deployed. Explained to the dealer on several occasions and there was no check done to confirm that airbags were in working order. Dealer says that it obviously wasn't sufficient enough impact to deploy airbags. I'm not convinced after reading about defects. Electrical system was addressed on numerous occasions regarding window going up and down, locking system and alarm system actuating on their own, while driving and when parked. Dealer said they could not duplicate issue, but when it finally was proven, they repaired the window only and we were forced to pay to get outer vehicle back. I feel that there is an electrical system issue. |
