Description of the problem | I have filed a complaint in regards to the issue previously, but new information that mopar issued a campaign to recall the timing chain on over 50k vehicle for this issue but mopar refused to cover my timing chain due to my vehicle had to many miles and i am not the first owner. I find it completely unsafe to have a timing chain snap while driving at any speed. I was attempting to turn on a main street when this issue occured. Please advise if anything further comes. I attached a copy of the previous recall on this issue |
