Description of the problem	Ac, speedometer, radio, all stopped working. Icons on the dashboard kept flashing out of control. The vehicle became difficult to steer, windshield wipers started on their own, windows locked. Then car just stopped working all together while i was driving. I thought maybe it was the battery so i attempted to get a jump. The vehicle turned on while it was being "jumped". As soon as the cables came off the strange behavior started again.
