Description of the problem | Hands free bluetooth quit working, cannot connect phone, gps, or use auxiliary, factory resets did not work nor did battery disconnect. Dealership says the bluetooth module may have failed which seems to be the case with many 2012 chargers. New state law goes into effect in may 2019 with the hands free law but i can't comply. If this is a factory module failure defect, why isn't this very important saftey feature protected under recall? |
