Description of the problem	While driving on city street car just stopped. B4 car stopped wipers came on,radio shut off,all kinds of lights lite up on dashboard. Car stopped in middle of road causing a very dangerous situation. Had car towed to dealership where they informed me alternator was out and paid $950 for new alternator. I researched and found recall on alternator for 160 amp alternator,my car has 180 amp alternator and not covered by recall but everything i read indicates the same dangerous problem as the 160 amp alternator. This is a very serious flaw in this alternator and could easily cause deadly accidents
