Description of the problem	As i was driving i noticed a weird noise under the hood followed by the battery saver mode come in the vehicles dash. Next i began to smell a burning smell, so i pulled over and cut the car off to investigate. I saw nothing unusual. I continued home and while enroute my dash lights began to flash and the car began driving sluggish. Then the vehicle lost power and suddenly stop in the middle of traffic. Car would not start and had to get a tow. At the shop mechanic said it was the altenator. Sooooo $600 later car was fixed. *js
