Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 dodge challenger. On several occasions while the vehicle was turned off, the front driver's window independently rolled up and down. The contact stated that the failure also occurred while the vehicle was started. The failure caused the battery to become inoperable. The vehicle was taken to rockie williams' premier dodge chrysler jeep ram (600 pleasant grove rd, mt juliet, tn 37122, (615) 288-8525) where it was diagnosed that the door module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 61,000. |
