Description of the problem	The car's smart glass on the driver's side began to open/close by itself every few seconds. We called the dealership and scheduled an appointment for 1 week later as we were going on vacation. The car was stored in the garage and the window rolled down slightly while we were gone to keep the battery from dying. We came home and the battery was completely dead. Took the car to the dealership and in a few hours, the battery died again and we had to replace a $200 5 month old battery before they could even diagnose the issue. This same problem has been noted multiple times and is csn m24 that was released in october 2012, yet the manufacturer refuses to issue anything other than a tsb on 2011 and nothing on 2012 models. This part is faulty and has been noted by many owners. This issue needs to be addressed as a faulty part recall because not only does it effect the door, but it drains the battery and causes the car to be inoperable. Dodge/chrysler is not assisting as the csn m24 only covers 2011 models.
