Description of the problem | The windows on my car are continuously moving up and down without me touching the controls. The door handle latches are also getting stuck and in the mornings the car is dead and has to be jumped. I called the dodge dealership after googling the problem. The dealership told me the door latches need to be replaced at a cost of $350. 00 each and they have had several of these complaints and problems. This is causing the windows to move by themselves and draining the battery overnight. They immediately knew what i was talking about. I think there should be a recall on these two problems. We pay too much for our cars as it is. Now i have to pay for a malfunction! |
