Description of the problem	The driver side seat belt will not extend. It is stuck without any slack. I am not able to put on the seat belt to drive. Big saftey hazard. Nothing happened that caused this to happen. The seat belt worked fine the previous day. The car was parked in front of my house as i tried to put on the seat belt but it wouldnt move. Its not safe to drive because an accident can happen at anytime and there is nothing preventing the driver from hitting their head into the steering wheel or flying through the windshield. My car is only 7 years old. I feel that the manufacturer should fix this issue at no cost to the owner of the vehicle.
