Description of the problem	Gas tank leaking at seam where the two halves of the gas tank are put together. The gas tank is made out of plastic which is by the exhaust system which is very hot and could cause fire or explosion . Man at dealership parts department said this was common ,but not enough complaints have been filed to do a recall. Car can be stationary or in motion and you can smell gas inside the car. When car is parked you can also smell gas in the trunk and outside the car.
