Description of the problem | While driving my 2011 dodge challenger r/t all of a sudden all of the interior lights just lite up like a christmas tree. I was able to slow down and stop the car and then i proceeded to turn off the car. As i was trying to determine what happened i then opened the hood and saw the alternator smoking like it had just caught fire or over heated. The smoke cleared and i tried starting the car but it would not crank. I had to have the car towed. This happened without warning. |
