Description of the problem | Recall repair work was done on the alternator in 2011 dodge challenger. On the following day, the exact thing happened again. All of the dash lights came on and the vehicle lost power. After the vehicle was stopped, it was unable to be started again. The vehicle had to be towed for the 3rd time to the dealership. Now they say that there is nothing that can be done because it's not doing it now. Dodge is going to get someone killed. Dodge customer service and the dealership were useless in attempting to help. They basically told us that since it wasn't doing that now, there was nothing they could do. |
