Description of the problem | I was notified of the recall by mail. I called northwest dodge in may to schedule an appointment. They verified they had the part, put i needed to wait 10 days to schedule. Brought car in and after 40 minutes was told part was not available. It is almost october and not further notification and as of last week, part still not available. |
