Description of the problem | On december 11, 2019, my son was about to leave for work when the horn starting blowing in the car and wouldn't stop. The car was stationary. After about 4 minutes it stopped. I took the car to supreme chevrolet in plaquemine where i purchase the car from. The car was checked out and told that i was going to need another horn, they had ordered one and it should be in in about 3 days. When i went to the service area to pick up the car, the guy told me that the horn and airbag had been taken out and they had put something around the stirring wheel to hold it down until the horn can be replaced. I have checked back multiple times and they are still saying they cannot locate the horn for my car. It's very dangerous to drive a car without a horn and an airbag. Today is october 23, 2020 and i have yet to get a horn and airbag for the car.*dt*dt*jb*jb |
