Description of the problem | Received recall notice 8/3/15. Returned reply card promptly. No response from fca , over three months later. Website indicates parts available. Recall r37, takata airbag inflator issue. "..... Serious injury or death" indicated as possible outcome. Called fca who, after a lengthy delay, tells me a local dealer has parts(!) and i should contact them. Had i said nothing, another three months would have elapsed. |
