Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owned a 2010 dodge challenger. While driving at approximately 30 mph, the air bag independently deployed. As a result, the contact crashed into the rear of the preceding vehicle. The contact sustained unknown injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 15v444000 (air bags); however, the parts were unavailable to perform the repairs. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000. Updated 11/04/15* lj the consumer stated it was rainy hard and his girlfriend advised him to stop. He stated if he stopped, he would get rear ended.
