Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 dodge challenger. While driving at approximately 20 mph attempting to engage the brakes, the vehicle made a grinding sound and failed to stop. As a result, the contact's vehicle crashed into a parked vehicle and the air bag failed to deploy. A police report was filed and the contact sustained unknown injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a body shop, where it was determined that there was no brake fluid in the reservoir causing the brakes to seize. The vehicle was repaired.
