Description of the problem	Seat belt locked in open so you cannot lock in seat belt. (male part of seat belt does not stay in female buckle). 1st time it did not stay connected, keept trying and then i got it to connect. The next time i went to use it it will not stay connected performed the t54 232t54182 safety recall on 12/26/17. Now it is the middle row outside seat buckle that is not working! The vehicle was stationary when not working.
