Description of the problemI purchased my convertible chrysler crossfire about 2 1/2 years ago. About five or six weeks ago i noticed that the rear window had come unglued. I took the vehicle to a glass shop and i was told that there was nothing that the repairman could do because the window is attached to the convertible top. He suggested that i take the vehicle to an upholstery shop. I actuall y took the vehicle to three different upholstry shops and all three told me that the top would need to be replaced. I tried filing an insurance claim. They told me that there was nothing that they could do. I contacted the chrysler headquarters customer service line where i was greeted by a rude individual telling me that there is nothing that chrysler could do. I am now at a point of frustration and disappointment. I still have 1 1/2 left to make payments on this vehicle that i won't be able to drive.
