Description of the problem | I own a 2005 chrysler crossfire convertible. The rear window fell out for no apparent reason. This is a major safety issue and should be recalled by chrysler. If window came out during a crash, the glass window could seriously injure the driver or passenger. A flying sheet of glass. Chrysler should be held accountable to fix this defect. There are numerous complaints on line about this. The other thing is the cost of repair. This can only be fixed by replacing the entire top for $2,000. This is ridiculous. There should be a class action suit on this issue. I guess chrysler will wait for someone to lose their life before taking action. Buy american, what a joke!!! |
