Description of the problem | When ac is on there is a strong odor of gasoline every time we turn ac on or if the car is in use for a long time the odor is very strong in the car, since this issue started the car has been using more gasoline and i have to fill up the tank more times than usual. My car is still under manufactures warranty and i scheduled a service with chrysler to have it checked out but they did not want to take the vehicle in to a service tech because no engine light or no code was present. I have tried to get them to inspect the fuel lines to check if there is a leak or have them check the ac to see if they can find the cause of the strong odor that we get with the ac on but have had no luck. I am to the point that i am worried for my health and my children's health due to the strong gasoline odor. |
