Description of the problem	Blank screen, voice scrambled with incoming and out going calls and i have to press the hold button and immediately press off to recover conversations. Radio screen looks as if there is screen peeling from inside the screen. Most of screen is clear and looks as it should but about an inch from the top is a different color. The screen is constantly flipping from 1 screen to another.
