Description of the problem	On a slow stop, when the car downshifts from 2nd gear to 1st gear, it shifts hard into 1st gear and the car lunges forward a couple of feet. Very startling when it happens and potential to cause an accident. Brought back to dealer once and they stated chrysler is aware of the problem but has done nothing to fix this. They have received many complaints for all chrysler models that use this type of transmission (zf?) they did a software update for the transmission controller but this has not fixed the problem.
