Description of the problem | I have a 2006 chrysler 300 hemi. Every since i bought it, i've been having problems with my tires and recently noticed that they are wearing down unevenly and quickly. I only have 46,000 miles on the car. Soon after noticing it, i saw on the news that they were doing a recall on continental tires. Later on that same day, i talked with a friend who had the exact same car i have. He informed me that he had seen the recall on the news as well. He told me that he had called the number that was given for the company and that they had paid him for each of his tires and also replaced them. I've been trying to get in contact with the company, but i haven't been able to get a hold of anyone by phone nor email. I really need to find out more about the recall and how i can go about getting my tires replaced as soon as possible. |
