Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 chrysler 300 touring. The contact stated that the vehicle shifter was stuck in park. The contact stated that in order to change gears, he had to remove the gear box and use a screw driver to shift into gear. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the shifter was defective and needed to be replaced.
