Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 chrysler 300. The contact stated that a plastic piece from the transmission shifter interlock lever fractured. As a result, the vehicle was unable to shift from park into drive. Walnut creek chrysler jeep dodge ram (2404 n main st, walnut creek, ca 94596, (888) 377-2513) indicated that the vehicle was excluded from the manufacturer customer satisfaction campaign number: k39 (transmission shifter interlock lever); although, the failure was similar. Mckevitt chrysler dodge jeep ram (2700 shattuck ave #100, berkeley, ca 94705, (510) 848-2206) was also notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
