Description of the problem	Vehicle will not shift out of park. Had to walk 10 miles to get home at 11pm. Searched for recall on this problem and found chrysler notification k39. Even with over 20,000 reports of this problem dealer shop refused to admit there is a problem with the shifter interlock and stated my vehicle is not part of any recall and will charge me for repair.
