Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 chrysler 300. The contact stated that when the vehicle was started, the vehicle was unable to be shifted out of the park position. The contact removed the cover from the gear shift and used a screwdriver to shift the vehicle. The vehicle was driven to the dealer and was diagnosed that the return spring hook lever needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
