Description of the problem	Car will not move out of park. It is due to a small solenoid inside the gear shift control. Many other 300s have been recalled for this, but because of where the one in my car was made, i am not "eligible" for a recall. Has it occurred to anyone at chrysler that perhaps the design of the part, and not where it is manufactured is faulty???
