Description of the problem	On sunday 07/20/2014 at approx. 7:15 pm, i started my 300 went to started went to put vehicle into drive. Vehicle would not shift out of park. No warning or check engine lights. Found on internet several other 300 owners with same issue. Found chrysler customer notification k39 which covers 2005-2007 dodge charger, magnum and chrysler 300 issues with "pink plastic" part breaking and not allowing car to shift out of park. Called chrysler recall hotline and informed my vehicle, even though it is experiencing exact same issue, was not covered because it is not from the correct plant.
