Description of the problem | Recently i started my chrysler 300, tried to put my car in reverse, and realized it was stuck in park. After much investigation i have found a temporary resolution to get it out of park provided o me via the internet. I have found there is a recall on my part provided by chrysler, on my exact model, make, and year but for some reason its vin specific. Bottom line is my part is broken and falls right in line with the other 29,000 other people that had their gear shifter recalled. When i called chrysler they said my vin didn't qualify. I strongly disagree. I have looked online and see many many people have been turned away by chrysler with the same problem. Please help! |
