Description of the problem | Car is stuck in park leaving me stranded. Manufacturer issued k39 customer satisfaction recall letter which describes the same problem that i have and suggest that the part should be replaced however they refuse to replaced my part even though it is the same problem, same part, same vehicle, and same year and make as my vehicles described in letter. You can quickly identify this as a defective part by googling chrysler 300 stuck in park. It is the same part in all 300s made that year, why should it only apply to some vehicles? Does not make since unless company is just trying to make it look like they are doing something when in fact they are doing nothing to address defective part that breaks with no warning and leaves drivers stranded. |
