Description of the problem	Could not shift from park. Shifting had been difficult immediately before putting in park the evening before. A tow truck was required to move vehicle to shop. Vehicle was out of 3 year warranty so repair was done by independent repair shop who advised me this was becoming a common problem for chrysler 300s.
