Description of the problem	I filled up the gas tank and shortly after entering the highway and accelerating the engine stalled on me in the middle of traffic. It took several attempts to restart. Since then it has stalled on me every time i fill up the gas tank so i have only been filling it 3/4 full and i have no problem. I found out there was a recall for the problem (pe13-016) and called chrysler but was told my vin number was not covered even though it fit the exact criteria of the recall. Chrysler could not tell me why my vehicle was not covered.
