Description of the problem | I had just filled up with gas and as i pulled out in traffic, my car stalled. I was able to pull to the shoulder and restart the engine. Next day, i filled up with fuel and the same problem. I have had this problem every time i fill with fuel since the initial experience. Now my car stalls about six to eight times before it runs normal after filling with gas. Chrysler told me that the car was beyond the warranty at the time of the first incident and refused to fix the problem except at a cost of about $2000. Now chrysler says that i was notified earlier and did not contact them within the allotted time. I was never notified. I am the original owner of the car. I am referencing pe13-016 and informing you that chrysler is refusing to meet its obligation. Please help me! |
