Description of the problem | We purchased this auto showroom new from the dealer in 2006. Although breaking was questionable, we accepted when told the system was fine and the jerking was normal. However, since april 2008 this vehicle has stalled off and on at the most unsafe times. The dealers have not been able to duplicate the problem so they will not repair it. We had a new factory engine installed ($7,000) in 2012 and guess what? This new engine has started stalling. All our work has been completed at a dealership so chrysler can't claim that an auto shop might have done something wrong to the vehicle. After viewing all the same complaints and having it happen to my wife and i, why haven't you or chrysler taken care of the problem? Dokkkkkkkkkkkk |
