Description of the problem	Vehicle after filling shuts off in traffic or where ever you are within moments and is very difficult to restart, issue has occurred multiple times in heavy flow traffic. Initial time was making a legal u-turn after filing up and returning to traffic flow, vehicle completely shut down mid turn blocking all lanes of oncoming traffic, thank goodness to good defensive driving no collision occurred as did not make turn unsafely in front of on coming traffic.
