As a result, the vehicle was towed to the contacts residence and then towed to the dealer where it was indicated that the engine assembly needed to be replaced. In addition, the contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v352000 (air bags) and the dealer indicated that parts had not been available for months.
