Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 chrysler 300. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start. As a result, the vehicle was towed to the contacts residence and then towed to the dealer where it was indicated that the engine assembly needed to be replaced. In addition, the contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v352000 (air bags) and the dealer indicated that parts had not been available for months. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided no solution other than for the dealer to replace the parts and was unable to provide a specific time frame that the parts may be supplied to the dealer for the air bag recall. Vin tool confirms parts not available. The failure mileage was not available. |
