Description of the problem | I bought my car in august 2006 and in october 2006, i had engine lights problems from that date. I took it to the dealership that i bought it at and they would not do anything. This is my fifth complaint and i just had it repaired this year after several other things. It was still under warranty when i first contacted your office. I spoke with someone and they told me that it was covered and to take it i for repair then i had to pay for it myself. That's really sad when you purchase and rely on the company to uphold their warranty agreement. He quit on me on the highway after the the water seal popped and the dealership informed me that it should have never happened and i wrote to you about that and you did not reimburse me. |
