Description of the problem | While driving i recently heard my car making a ticking noise so i decided to take it in to be checked & while there have my vehicle get an early oil change. The next day i called to find out what was making my car tick well to my surprise i was told it was my engine & that while they were doing my oil change they saw that my oil was greyish in color & it also had metal shavings in my oil... Which means my engine is breaking down. They advised me to not to drive home on the highway but to take the streets home. How could this be? My car is only seven that's right only 7 years old with only around 58,503 miles on it (and by the way i purchased my car brand new i'm the only owner) i now find out that chrysler only covers their vehicles for 3 years or 36,000 miles or what ever comes 1st. |
