Description of the problem	Takata recall: my complaint is not with the chrylser corporation itself, my complaint is the way that dealerships (ancira chrysler and ingram park chrysler) are handling it. I am actively trying to get my chrysler 300 airbag replaced, and i keep receiving notices from chrysler to get it done - and in the notices it says that it takes 2 hours to be replaced. When i contact a dealer to get it done, they tell me that they do not accept appointments for this recall, they are 4-6 weeks away from getting to my vehicle, i will have to leave my vehicle there for 3-5 days, and they will call me when it is available - but they never do. The chrysler representative even helped me call them and they never pick up the phone. They are purposely trying to dissuade people from getting it done. I am a working single parent, with one vehicle - it's all i can afford. I don't want my face blown off by my airbag, but i don't want to lose my job either. What the dealerships are doing is irresponsible, despicable and should be prohibited. They are not putting any priority into the resolution of this recall - and are as guilty as chrysler in their cover up of the defective airbags.
