Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 chrysler 300. While traveling 30 mph, the driver was distracted and the vehicle swerved to the right. The driver crashed into a parked vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. The driver did not sustain any injuries and a police report was filed. The vehicle was taken to a repair shop that repaired the structural damages, but the air bag malfunction was not investigated. On another occasion, while traveling approximately 25 mph, the vehicle crashed into a parked vehicle again. The air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained an injury to the humerus and received medical attention. A police report was filed.
