Description of the problem	2006 chrysler 300 has had shifter assembly replaced 3 times in less than 5 years. The gear shift will not move out of park. This is the second time this has occurred in the last 2 years. From my own research and conversations with the dealer's mechanics, this is a constant issue with 300s. A small spring and plastic arm break frequently. This is a problem which chrysler knows about yet continues to manufacture 300s with these malfunctioning/defective parts included.
