Description of the problem	I am having issues with the car stalling out or bogging down shortly after refueling and many times happening within less than a mile of refueling. I have brought the car into the local dealership who can not replicate the problems (and am now being stuck paying a $95 diagnostic fee), and calling chrysler directly who is unwill to try to assist. If this is a know issue (nhtsa action number pe13016), i don't understand why this isn't being addressed and corrected immediately.
